How It Works

  2. Pick a location — we come to you or help find the perfect Austin venue

  3. We bring all materials + setup

Groups of all sizes are welcome — from small intimate gatherings to larger parties.

Logistics

  • We’ll confirm your event details and arrive about 30–60 minutes early to set up. We bring all the supplies, protective table coverings, and clear instructions or guides for guests to follow and some inspiration examples.

    You provide the space, tables, and seating — we handle the rest!

    During the event, we can stay to help and answer questions or simply set everything up and return at the end to clean up. We love to take a group photo and photos of everyone’s creations before we start cleaning up.

  • All events are priced per person and depend on the type of craft you choose.
    Most private events fall between $25–$40 per guest, which covers all supplies, setup, hosting, and cleanup.


    Custom or premium projects may vary — we’ll confirm final pricing once we finalize your details.

  • Because each private event is tailored specifically to your group — including prep, supplies, setup, and hands-on hosting — we do require one of the following:

    -8 guests minimum, OR
    -A $300 minimum booking total

    Smaller groups are always welcome! We’ll simply base the event on a flat minimum so we can deliver the same creative, high-quality experience every time.

  • Once the event details are finalized and the travel fee/deposit is made, an invoice will be sent to your email. Payment is due 5 days before the event.

  • We get it — life happens! 💛 If you need to cancel your private event, just let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled date.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a $100 fee.

    • The good news? That fee isn’t lost — it can be applied toward a future booking if you’d like to reschedule.

  • We do not have our own venue and location is dependant on party host.
