Logistics

We’ll confirm your event details and arrive about 30–60 minutes early to set up. We bring all the supplies, protective table coverings, and clear instructions or guides for guests to follow and some inspiration examples.
You provide the space — we handle the rest. We can also coordinate tables and seating upon request for an additional fee.
We can stay to assist during your event or provide a full setup and return for cleanup. We also love capturing a group photo and your finished creations before wrapping up.
Charm Bar experiences include full on-site assistance.Party craft kits are available upon request for at-home or take-home experiences.

All events are priced per person and depend on the type of craft you choose.
Most private events fall between $30–$60 per guest, which covers all supplies, setup, hosting, and cleanup.Custom or premium projects may vary — we’ll confirm final pricing once your details are finalized. Larger events (30+ guests), corporate bookings, and brand activations are quoted on a custom basis.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. This deposit is applied toward your total and covers the cost of materials and initial preparation.
The remaining balance is due 5 days prior to the event. Bookings made within 5 days of the event may require full payment upfront.
An invoice will be sent via email once event details are finalized.

We get it — life happens! 💛 If you need to cancel or reschedule your private event, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
All deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure your date and purchase materials. Rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Event location is provided by the host, as we do not operate from a dedicated venue. Travel is included in your pricing. We’re always happy to suggest venues if you need ideas!
