Logistics

We’ll confirm your event details and arrive about 30–60 minutes early to set up. We bring all the supplies, protective table coverings, and clear instructions or guides for guests to follow and some inspiration examples.
You provide the space — we handle the rest. We can also coordinate tables and seating upon request for an additional fee.
We can stay to assist during your event or provide a full setup and return for cleanup. We also love capturing a group photo and your finished creations before wrapping up.
Charm Bar experiences include full on-site assistance.Party craft kits are available upon request for at-home or take-home experiences.

All private events are priced per person and depend on the type of craft you choose. Most private events fall between $30–$60 per guest, which includes all supplies, setup, hosting, and cleanup.
Private events are subject to a minimum event spend, regardless of final guest count. Minimums may vary depending on the selected craft, location, and scope of the event.
Custom or premium projects may vary — we’ll confirm final pricing once your details are finalized. Larger events (30+ guests), corporate bookings, and brand activations are quoted on a custom basis.

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. The deposit serves as our travel fee and allows us to begin the initial planning and sourcing of materials for your event. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the location and scope of the event.
The remaining event balance is due 5 days prior to your event date. Bookings made within 5 days of the event may require full payment upfront.
Once your event details are finalized, an invoice will be sent via email.

We get it — life happens! 💛 If you need to cancel or reschedule your private event, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
All deposits are non-refundable, as they are used to secure your date and purchase materials. Rescheduling requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Event location is provided by the host, as we do not operate from a dedicated venue.

Yes! Craft & Yap carries business insurance for our events and experiences. If your venue requires proof of insurance or a Certificate of Insurance (COI), just let us know during the planning process.
